Developing a Model for Implementing the Strategies of General Administration of Sports and Youth in Golestan Province for Elderly Sport with Balanced Scorecard Method

چکیده
هدف: هدف تحقیق، تدوین الگوی پیاده‌سازی راهبردهای اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان گلستان در حوزه‌ی سالمندان با روش کارت امتیازی متوازن می‌باشد.طراحی/ روش‌شناسی/ رویکرد: پژوهش کاربردی به شیوه‌ی توصیفی است نوع داده‌ها آمیخته می‌باشد. مفهومی تحقیق بر اساس مدل کاپلان نورتن جامعه‌ی آماری بخش کمّی مدیران کل، مسئولین هیأت ورزش‌های همگانی اساتید دانشگاه بالغ 44 نفر بودند نمونه‌گیری تمام‌شمار انجام گرفت. از پرسشنامه‌ی محقّق‌ساخته استفاده شد که روایی آن مورد تأیید ده قرار نرمافزار SPSS وارد آزمون‌های کولموگروف-اسمیرنف کای‌اسکوئر شد. کیفی نیز جلسات شورای راهبردی گردید.یافته‌های پژوهش: یافته‌ها نشان داد دارای 4 منظر مالی، مشتری، فرآیندهای داخلی رشد یادگیری این 28 راهبردی، 82 سنجه، 106 اقدام ابتکار تهیه نقشه اجرایی طراحی شد.محدودیت‌ها پیامدها: محقّقین برای تعیین اهداف کمّی، نیازمند اطلاعات دقیق وضع موجود ورزش‌های اما برخی موارد دلیل جدید بودن اطّلاعات درستی وجود نداشت.پیامدهای عملی: شده مسیر دستیابی چشم‌انداز را تسهیل خواهد نموده توانایی اجرای راهبردها دارد.ابتکار یا ارزش مقاله: ارائه‌ی راهکار مدیریتی توسعه می‌باشد منجر تأمین سلامت آنان می‌گردد.نوع مقاله پژوهشی
